EXCELLENT Based on 34 reviews Posted on Google Oscar RiveraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I own a Travel agency in Mexico and I always look for the best for my customers, Vista Safaris was outstanding since the begining, communication was perfect and my customers gave me really good feedback about their experience, so for sure I will recommend Vista Safaris next time I have a customer looking for a Safari.Posted on Google Kerry RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went on two trips with this company. Both were organized well, the operator was responsive and we had great guides. Highly recommend Rwanda in the spring - it’s rainy season here but it usually only rains in the afternoon, there are less tourists and you get really first class attention. Highly recommend both Rwanda and this tour company - they are reliable and I would book again with them.Posted on Google N KingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing 2 day tour with vista Safaris. Paul my guide and driver was super friendly and learned me alot about the park, the animals but also about the history of Rwanda and much more. I would definitely recommend booking a trip herePosted on Google Margaret CTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great 2 days in Akagera National Park with our brilliant driver/guide Justin who was amazingly knowledgeable about everything - particularly where we might see animals - he found the elephants when other guides could not. Also great knowledge of the vast variety of birds - a birder's paradise I believe. The trip included a night in tents on the highest mountain in the park - 6,000feet - surrounded by an electric fence - we had a fireside picnic before bed. Unfortunately because of the clouds no sunrise or sunset to speak of but the view over the park was stunning. We saw a very wide range of animals and birds close up - no lions or leopards but lots of others. I attach photos - no a great photographer - to give you a sense of how close and personal the experience was particularly with the elephants, rhinos, zebra and giraffe. We were lucky enough to see a hippo out of the water (they usually stay in the lake but it was raining so this one came out to graze). Cannot recommend this enough - Ben was flexible and responsive around our dates and pick up and drop off from our accommodation in Kigali. The vehicle is perfectly designed for safety and proximity to the wildlife.Posted on Google Prince IsraelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Vista Safaris Cultural & Heritage Tour: my husband and I spent a full day with our expert guide, Arnaud, travelling south of Kigali to visit the King’s Palace in Nyanza, Ethnographic Museum and the Murambi Genocide Memorial. While at the Kings Palace we were treated to a fabulous exhibition of African dance by the dance troupe Isongaa. Their talent is outstanding! The time at the Murambi Genocide Memorial was so vital. Prepare yourself: this is a gritty and somber place that everyone should experience. This genocide changed the course of Rwandan history. And no one leaves Murambi unchanged. Arnaud was an excellent guide and co-traveller. His patience, vast knowledge and playful sense of humour made for an unforgettable day. We would HIGHLY recommend this day tour.Posted on Google Isil OzdemirTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I did two tours with them — Lake Kivu and gorilla trekking in Uganda — and both were amazing! Everything was super well organized, punctual, and thoughtful. I had such a great time and would definitely recommend them.

Posted on Tripadvisor ELDiabloVerified Amazing experience The gorilla trekking was an amazing experience . We opted to do it in Uganda as the gorilla permit was half the price of the Rwandan permit . It was well worth the money and I would highly recommend Vista Safaris. We were the only people on the trip from Rwanda which made it even better and Eric our driver was a good personPosted on Tripadvisor Noah TVerified Amazing tour Fantastic tour! Highlights: -tour guide Justin was great, very knowledgable, friendly, and excellent English -Many, many animals including up close with an elephant, crocs hippos giraffes zebra rhinos baboons buffalo and so many bird species. Even spotted an incredibly rare black rhino -Camping under incredible Milky Way views, hanging out around the fire in the middle of Akagera -Coordination with Vista was very easy and smooth. There was even one item we realized after the tour we needed reimbursement for and they went out of their way to deliver cash payment to us in the middle of Kigali, very appreciated You should of course be comfortable with tent camping, only fresh (delicious) fruits for breakfast, etc - this isn't a super fancy tour, which made it even better for us Worth every penny and would do another tour with these guys, thank you! Je recommande vivement !Posted on Tripadvisor Denise TVerified Amazing camping adventure with a lot of animal sightings Paul was our guide and did an amazing job. We saw a lot of animals (lion, rhinos, elephants, giraffes, hippos, buffalo, crocodiles, antilopes, birds, etc.), only the Leopard was missing, which is very rarely spotted. Paul has a great knowledge about the animals and the park. He picked us up on time at the hotel and brought us back to the hotel to pick up the luggage and then brought us to the airport in time. The overnight stay was amazing. The camping gear was perfect with good sleeping bags so we were warm enough at night. I would have wished for a tea/coffee at the campsite at night and in the morning. Also, the dinner was simply a take away from the restaurant where we had lunch, so it was cold. The stunning views and the night sky in the campsite made up for it. Also, staying at the campsite allows to get to the north of the park, especially to Kilala Plain, where we saw the most animals. We also did an additional early morning drive through Kilala Plain and saw the lions on the move. Overall it was a perfect trip and was worth it every cent! I can highly recommend.Posted on Tripadvisor Awais MehmoodVerified Great Service Drop off was really on time and very smooth the driver was amazing me and my friends really enjoyed the journey. On recommande !Posted on Tripadvisor Ricky WVerified Awesome day spent! The walk through the rain forest was great.... it actually did rain for around 8 minutes and stopped by the time we reached the actual waterfall so yes do bring it rain jacket or a poncho... waterfall is majestic looking wear comfortable shoes because it is quite a hike to go down and up the canopy walk was okay a little less impressive than I thought it would be I thought it would be a lot higher off the ground but still okay with a nice view Honoré my driver and died from Vista tours was a great host...even at times introducing me, to the history of Rwanda... and also to popular Rwandan music... as we had a 5-Hour Drive there. and yes 5 hrs back... The drive-through the Rwandan Countryside is so breathtaking the mountains are amazing and seeing the local Rwandan people going about there daily lives felt awesome to experiencePosted on Tripadvisor Susanne HVerified Great trip- be prepared for tough climb! This company offered brilliant communication before and then throughout our trip. We were picked up from our hotel in Kigali promptly at 4.30 am by our very friendly driver Achno. He drove a Toyota Land Cruiser (off Road car) which was definitely needed for the rugged terrain that led up to the foot of the mountains. Achno took us both to the base camp and then up the very stony Road to the village near the foot of the mountains of the National Park. This village is at appr. 2200 meters. We then climbed up the volcano to 3700m (! This is not a printing mistake), which means that you have to be fit and healthy , as well as athletic and used to negotiating steps of up to 50 cm that are wet and slippery. The journey from Kigali to the village was about 150 kilometres one way- so you need a full day for this trip. During the car journey we learned a lot about life in Ruanda , not only from our knowledgeable driver Achno but also from seeing how life is lived outside Kigali . It was an unforgettable trip, thank you Achno.Posted on Tripadvisor Iyanuoluwa AVerified The Best Akagera National Park Experience This was our first time visiting Akagera National Park, and Paul, our tour guide, was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly attentive to detail and made sure we had the best possible experience sightseeing. We were lucky enough to spot giraffes, lions, antelopes, zebras, and many other amazing animals. Paul picked us up from our home and gave us an unforgettable ride through the city, all the way to the park and back. He made our day even more memorable by helping with a surprise proposal, capturing breathtaking photos that we will cherish forever. We will never forget Paul and the incredible experience he gave us. If you're thinking of booking a tour, don’t hesitate, trust me, it will be one of the best experiences of your life!
