Start your day with a convenient hotel pick-up from Kigali around 5:30 AM, and embark on a scenic 2-3 hour drive through Rwanda’s picturesque landscape as you head towards Akagera National Park.

Arrival & Park Briefing:
Once you reach Akagera National Park, your guide will provide a brief overview of the park’s history, its diverse ecosystems, and the wildlife you’re likely to encounter. This introduction sets the stage for an exciting day of exploration.

Morning Game Drive:
Your adventure begins with a morning game drive across the park’s savannah plains and wetlands. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as:
