Itinerary
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where you’ll be welcomed by your safari guide.
Transfer to your accommodation in Entebbe. You will rest and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.

After breakfast, transfer to Kibale National Park, home to some of Uganda’s most famous primates.
Relax in the evening and prepare for the next day’s chimpanzee trekking.

After the trek, transfer to Kasese, a scenic town near the foothills of Mount Rwenzori, where you will rest in preparation for your climb.

Begin your Mount Rwenzori Trek with a scenic drive to the trailhead. The hike begins at Nyabitaba Hut, crossing rainforests, bamboo forests, and various rivers.

The trail becomes more challenging as you head toward Bujuku Hut, crossing moorland and rocky slopes. You’ll be surrounded by breathtaking views of glaciers and the snow-capped peaks of Mount Rwenzori.

Ascend to Elena Hut, passing through alpine meadows and rocky terrain. As you reach the higher altitudes, the air becomes cooler, and the scenery becomes more dramatic.

Summit Margherita Peak — standing at 5109m, it’s the highest point of Mount Rwenzori. You’ll be rewarded with views of glaciers, snowfields, and a truly unforgettable experience.
Descend back to Elena Hut for the night.

Begin your descent from Margherita Peak to Guy Yeoman Hut, crossing through alpine meadows and mountainous terrain. This day is a mix of descent and rest as you recover from the summit.

Continue descending back to Nyabitaba Hut, where you’ll rest before completing the trek tomorrow.

Complete your descent from Mount Rwenzori and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, one of Uganda’s most scenic spots. Here, you can relax and enjoy a boat ride across the lake, passing by lush, terraced hills and small islands.
